Setting Third Party Patient Waive Preferences

The Patient Waive Preferences screen allows waive amounts for Cost, Markup, Fee and Deductible to be set for a patient. This prevents having to manually waive amounts within the Claim Summary screen for each prescription.

To set third party patient waive preferences, do the following:

1. Search for and select the patient.
2. Select the 3rd Party tab.
3. Select the button. The Patient Waive Preferences screen appears.
4. Select one of the following:
   • Detailed
   • Global
5. Select the OK button.
